Since the Ooni people front-loaded five stars, I guess it's five stars. It's certainly ok although it may be a bit too thick.

Excellent peel. I've been prepping on it and launching with it. Works great! Very high quality, the finish is great, very smooth. The size fits with no problem in my Karu 12. It's also light weight, very easy to use.

Bamboo paddle is ver smooth and makes the perfect pizza launch as long as it is well floured and you don't leave the prepared pizza waiting very long.
