Nice Bamboo Peel

Nice and smooth for an easy launch (even with prettywet GF dough and fine cornmeal).
I like the bevel on only one edge so it's easy to retrieve pizza from the Ooni pro with the pizza opening. It may be a little thick when using the pizza opening designed for the gas adapter. I probably just add too many toppings.

Great cutting board and server

These have become my pizza cutting board and I sometimes also serve the pizza from them. The edge can burn a little if you are running hot and not careful.

Not great as a peel

This is not ideal to use as a peel. It is a nice looking serving board but it is too big to fit and spin pizzas in the oven. It also caught the edge of pizzas and overall, I wish I hadn't bought it. Stick to a metal peel!
