Love this product. Lightweight and fits the oven width perfectly. Makes launching the pizza even easier. Smart design and nice looking. Makes, also, a great way to display your pizza after baking.

Moisture barrier really works!

Using this moisture resistant peel along with a dusting flour consisting of equal parts flour, cornmeal and semolina flour has helped tremendously getting our pies into the oven flawlessly. I recommend this peel!

Perfect size for the 12
