Lots of maintainence

Wanted to get this for steaks and chicken wings. Have to say the food comes out great. Pleased in that regard. But it requires a lot of work.
You have to oil it and heat it for an hour before use. Washing it is a nightmare. It will rust if you don't dry it thoroughly. And the wooden platform after only a few uses has already cracked and been burnt on me.

Solidly made. Cooks food perfectly and holds heat for ages.
Handle can be used at either end which is really handy if Sizzler needs to be rotated for even cooking.
Will last forever!!

Great little griddle

Little being the key word. Smaller than I expected. Only Big enough for two burgers or two smallish steaks. Cooks very well though steak is cooked in A couple of minutes great searing
