Bought this as a gift for my husband who loves his pizza oven . He followed the instructions to the letter and cooked two good quality fillet steaks on it using a meat thermometer to confirm they were cooked.
It is really only big enough for two steaks.
The meat was over cooked, acceptable but overcooked and the general opinion was that the frying pan on the induction hob did a better job.
We'll probably not bother wasting steaks on this again.

Great product, even heat distribution, handle design takes a bit of getting used to but works very well once you are familiar with it. Wooden base is great for serving at the table. A must for adding variety to the Ooni cooking output list.
