Perfect accessory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sizzler pan is a great example of hi quality craftsmanship. Very heavy, so it heats evenly. Besides being a convenient roasting pan, I like to use it over the sear burner on my grill when I'm preparing filets.

I really like the weight. Holds heat really well. I keep our sliced skirt steak it it off yhe grill to keep hot at the table. I would really like a cast iron lid that it looks like the pan is made for.
