Fun, versatile, easy to use with a few tips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted to see if we could cook protein and veggies in the pans. They worked great! We did Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, roasted carrots, sausage slices, and fajita steak strips! All worked great, the pans allow you to turn the direction really well by removing the handle from one side and attaching to the other. Handle stays cool, but you can operate with mitts on easily.
You do have to heat the pans empty first, they are heavy and take a while to get to temperature. Use your temp gun. Then we keep an assembly line of plates of all the food we want to cook lined up. As soon as the pans come out with one dish done, we put that food back on a plate and into a warming oven inside so all dishes are warm when we bring them to the table. If you are going to cook pizza afterward, remember to bring the stone to temperature, because the stone doesn’t get hot with the cast iron on it.

Great pan
