This turns my Uuni 3 from a fantastic pizza oven into a fabulous way to cook meat.

Lovely bit of kit

Just what I was after for getting steam into the oven when I'm baking bread. Nice and heavy, retains loads of heat, nice low profile, has plenty of room for a cup of boiling water, and can be warmed up quickly on the hob. The removable handle is very positive to use too.
