Excellent in fact outstanding cstomer service. Delivery was misplaced and Ooni steppe right in replacing immediately. Pcage arrived v quickly. Beautifully solid construction with very clear instructions how to prepare and look after product. The weather is not suitable for cooking outside yet but comparing this to other products on the market Im fully confidant I have one of the best. Looking forward to a nice steak!!

Neat little skillet!

Acts as a lid for the Dutch Oven as well. Needs additional seasoning before use so don't expect to unpack and use straight away. The separate handle is a great idea.
