Super griddle pan!

Absolutely love my Ooni griddle pan! Carefully seasoned it, as per instructions, and have grilled veg (courgettes and aubergine), chicken and steak. Fantastic results!

Having the ability to attach

Having the ability to attach the handle to either side of the pan means you can rotate the food for cooking. Excellent. Just remember when you remove the sizzler from the oven and place it on the wooden platter to remove the handle so it does not heat up .

So far used 4 times, great results for veg and steaks, just make sure you dry it as soon as it's cleaned to avoid surface rust.

Awesome Cast Iron Sizzler Pan

Ideal for fajitas, with any protein, shrimp, chicken or steak. Cook in traditional method then set up the Grizzler, throw some tequila over your food, then pop it in the Ooni, watch those eyebrows as the flames burn off the alcohol and sear the flavour into your crispy food.... Aye Caramba

Tandoori Grizzler !

Fab addition to my ooni 3. With the Grizzler I've been using it as a tandoori oven. So far I have used the Grizzler to make chicken shashlick and tandoori cod. The results are amazing!. The grizzled comes ready seasoned so it's got reasonable non stick qualities, I found it quite easy to clean - which was one of my concerns before I bought it. I love it.
