Find with the flat surfaces it has more uses when cooking. So far we have tried the pineapple recipe and have also cooked chicken fillets on it

firstly I ground down the inner surfaces to get a really smooth flat surface, then followed the instructions for seasoning it.
Not had it long and have only used it a couple of times , but I am impressed with the non-stick and the heat retained by it.
I can see this being a major pan in for use in the outdoor oven.
