I think it's great ....but might have to go for a larger one...when I was buying the Ooni oven I hadn't really considered the size of the skillet to be honest and when we cooked stakes on it for the first time yesterday I realised I should have purchased a larger one.....but as far as quality goes it's very good.

Like it's bigger brother this is a fantastic quality piece of kit. Heats up quickly, cooks evenly and very easy to get in and out of the Ooni oven.

Looks and feels great, will be used for years to come! Instructions self explanatory on how to use it. We've used the sizzler to cook steaks perfectly! Can't wait to use it again! Food will never be the same again!

Build quality and design are amazing. I love the detachable handle, very smart. It comes with a wooden block to rest the pan on which is a great touch. Very happy.
