I have just used this for the first time for my halloumi. We seasoned it first as advised and it cooked the cheese beautifully. Very well made pan. Looking to do steaks next time.

This is great for the Ooni oven but can also be used in convention ovens. Useful for roasting vegetables and meat, fish etc.

Love this lil beauty. Great for kebabs, veggies and meat. I want to try grilled fruit ie; peaches also. Only gripe, wish I had bought two.
