Fantastic steaks :cut_of_meat: in our pizza oven. This pan is beautifully made and the handle and base make it really easy (and safe!) to use.

It's was soaked in oil & rubbed really well after, that's how I always treat my cast iron. After two uses it has got rust on it.
It does cook the steak but it's such a palaver, turning the oven on to heat it first, then watching & moving it constantly so the pizza oven doesn't burn the steak. I'd rather use my gas top cast iron plate.

Great cast iron sizzler! Perfect for meat and veggies!

This is a great cast iron sizzler pan! We've used it to cook steak, chicken, sausages and an array of vegetables such as aubergine, sweet potatoes, courgette and peppers! This works great as a small pan for two, or if you're planning on learning about cast iron before jumping up to the larger cast iron plates. Works very well in our Ooni Karu and effectively allows us to cook BBQ food in it, making the Ooni more than just a pizza oven!
