The only problem with these

The only problem with these gloves is that they are so well-made that I forget they aren't 100% impervious and I melt them by holding onto things I probably shouldn't be. If you use the for their intended purpose they are excellent. Don't get cocky with them.

These gloves are made for

These gloves are made for the temperatures that these ovens get up to. Other gloves that you may use with your grills or turkey fryers won't cut it trying to hold/carry or turn items heated to the temps you will be working at with your pizza oven. Ooni knows their products. Trust them to know what wirks with them. You won't be sorry.

Good quality gloves

Gloves were good quality, but did run on the large size. They tend to be rather bulky - good for handling cast iron pans, but find them to be rather clumsy when using for pizza baking. Definitely offer protection from the heat.

Ooni should offer different sizes. One size doesn't fit all.
My are to small in the fingers.
