So pleased I bought these - game changer to your ooni experience.
I'd been thinking about it for a while but kept putting it off, and as a result, having subpar pizza. It defrosts super quickly, and proofs in as little as four hours.
My tip is to hand stretch not using a rolling pin as you get a better crust and a more evenly cooked base.

Very disappointed they didn't rise at all so they were flat
Not a great deal of taste
I folllow the Ooni recipe for my dough and it's spot on but thought I would try this option
I have a freezer full of dough I don't know what to do with!!
Everything else you guys do has been amazing

We bought some Pizza flour with the intention of making our own. Having tasted Ooni sourdough, the packet of flour remains unopened in the cupboard.

Sorry but my experience with this product was really disappointing. We have followed instruction but each time was difficult to stretch out the dough balls. When we have tried to put pizza to owen it was sticky to pizza peel. We used dough to bake pizza in normal owen, taste was ok but pizza was hard. We have received unfrozen dough balls. I don't know if was sent frozen. If was frozen and we re frozen it again that could be the problem.
