Ooni Table perfect fit for my space

I had the perfect pizza cooking location and my new oven, but was missing the right surface to do the magic. I selected the Ooni table given its perfect size and features. It is of great quality - solid frame and stainless steel surface; easy to shift/move and lock with foot controls on the wheels. Only wish for next version made is for the middle shelf to be another 2 inches higher.... I have to lift up the shelf with one hand to turn on and off the propane gas with the other hand. I could shift the entire shelf up to the next notch, but that would leave a tiny bit of space on the top shelf and I don't want to take it all apart at this point. Overall... it works great, is solid and looks good too.

the directions need major improvement. we had to take the sides apart twice because the fact that a specific orientation was needed was not clear

We bought the table so we could set us the propane and oven in the garage.
Then we just wheel it out and are ready to cook.
We live on a hill that is windy and cannot leave our oven outside on the back deck.
We made the dough and then set up the oven it became too labor intensive.
