After 10 or so launches. Generally a good purchase but a few things (small) are disappointing.
1. It takes a lot of wood to heat up the oven and cook a pizza. Maybe 10 Ooni logs.or even more if you let it sit too long. Have yet to attain 900 degrees F. More like 750?

2. The the dual grill pan works well indeed, but the wooden board warped within a few days of unpacking.
3. There is still a soot buildup inside the oven. Makes for dirty forearms when removing the wood burning receptical must be a solution to this soot?
All said though, gas or wood, makes a great pizza!

Good overall, but imperfect.

Nice looking and sturdy. Good size. However, not so sure about how well it stands up to the elements. I live in Oakland and it doesn't rain - maybe a sprinkle, and I see rust building up around the metal tool holders where they connect to the cart - and this is after a month since purchase.

looking for a cover

it would be nice to find a cover that fits over both the oven and table. Any success stories on improvising one? I may just have to improvise with available grill covers.
