Pickleball Picnic

We bought this table to be able to set up for a group picnic at a local park. Only had our Karu 12 for 3 weeks so on the steep (vertical?) part of the learning curve but we made 10 pizzas and they were a big hit, consumed to the last scorched crust.
The table worked well and made our experience possible.
It barely fit in the SUV hatch. The cost is higher than I liked but the height, mobility and stability were exactly what we needed and was delivered on short notice.

Ooni is the best new food toy we have gotten in years! I think 3 people in our pickleball group are going to buy Ooni. How about a reward for the demo team??

Pretty solid material quality and good screws etc. A little annoying to put together but looks really good when done and can carry a lot of weight and is easy to move

Assembly of the Table was

Assembly of the Table was pretty straight forward and took about 30 minutes to complete. The height of the table with my Karu 16 is perfect. The surface area on the table is just enough for the Oven and a couple of small tools such as an infrared thermometer.
I also liked the finish which appears to be durable and should last through inclement weather. The tool hooks are also useful and I hang my oven brush on one of them.
I am removing one star because moving the table around has proven quite difficult due to the uneven surface of my brick patio which causes the cart to get stuck and is very frustrating. For my purposes the caster wheels are too small and too smooth. I would have liked to see wheels that are closer to 3" in diameter with texture on the wheels to enable it to handle better. This is my only gripe and only matters if you have an uneven surface and need to move your oven around.
