I am so happy I bought this when I purchased my pizza oven. It is very sturdy and provides a stable working area. With the top shelf in the upper position my propane tank store on the bottom shelf leaving plenty of space for other tools and the thermometer on the top shelf. I would like to order a second table, but my space is limited.
One piece of advice is to build the table where you will be using it. It won't fit through a standard door. I needed to take off a patio door to move it outside.

Nice Unit But Will I Be Painting It In The Near Future?

This table is powder coated with a drop in stainless steel top. It is at a great height for manipulating the pizza and allows for excellent visibility. The side utensil rack is also useful and the wheel casters are excellent. My only concern at this point is how well the table will hold up in the Pacific Northwest wet and humid weather. Powder coated barbecues rust out quickly in the western Washington weather. I would have preferred an all stainless steel option had it been available.

I bought this oven and table as a present for my sister and her husband. I also own an oven and plan to buy a table for my self. Not sure you need a full bottom shelf because with it in place the gas canister will not fit under the table for the gas model. If there was a slide below the top shelf that gave you the option to use it as a 2nd shelf 5 below the top shelf perhaps
