After buying the Ooni Wood

After buying the Ooni Wood Pellet Stove, the cookbook, the peel and the pizza cutter for my husband, I didn't buy the firestarters...the first three times we tried to use the stove, we struggled to get it started, to the point of giving up. I bought the firestarters in the hope that he would give it one more try, and sure enough, they worked beautifully! He is excited about making pizza and showing off to his friends how wonderful the pizza tastes fresh out of his wood fired oven! Thank you so much for a wonderful product!

Poorly Selected Shipping Method

Y'all shipped 2 flimsy boxes of fire starters in a mailing bag, not a box; which, through the trials, tribulations & hard-knocks of the shipping process, completely destroyed the integrity of both boxes and simply dispersed their loose & broken-up fire starter contents into the mailing bag, which regrettably presented themselves upon opening!

Makes starting the fire SO much easier. We use about 3 per new start in the pile of pellets to get it going hot enough

The best starters for the ooni! With one match they light and start the oak. Packaged nicely as well and a box lasts awhile since you only need one! Love it! So simple to use!
