I was on the fence about œneeding these but I bought them and definitely worth it. When using charcoal use one a couple minutes before you put the pizza in for a œrolling flame

Ignites quickly and burns long enough to get wood blocks or pellets started. I've tried a few other starters and they aren't as reliable.
