Why is my Ooni Oven Rusting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep my oven in my house in a spare bedroom with its cover on, I have never left it outside, ever. Around the chimney insert it has rusted badly. I am very disappointed, it is a very poor quality finish. Please respond! Thank you. ☹️
