I won't bother making my own when they are this good.

These dough balls have a delicious sourdough flavour. They cook very well especially when stretched to a thin base. I won't bother making my own when they are this good.

Dough arrived fully defrosted and warm for my last 2 orders. The dough was hardly packed with any ice in a cheap box that was never going to work with frozen food. Very poor service by a company that ooni sub contract through.
Solution : It's simply , use a sealed polystyrene box with lots of ice !

Arrived well packed and quickly placed in the freezer.
Good instructions included with them about how to defrost them and prepare them.
Produced a lovely tasting pizza and definitely much easier than making your own dough, but just as good if not better.

Dough balls were part defrosted about 15 mins after delivery when I returned home. Found the dough to be very sticky to handle and form, taste ok.

I defrosted them as instructed but they were still very wet to use which made it difficult to shape the pizza. Nevertheless, they did cook well and tasted very good.
