bought to cut our favorite chicago style stuffed spinach pizza. good heft. nice 4" wheel. the blade of the wheel has a small curl on the end. I'll bring it to the knife guy at our local farmers market to sharpen.

Decent quite expensive for built quality though. Will just need to see over time how it holds up.

Not as sharp as expected. You have to cut 3x before it actually cuts through.

The Ooni Pizza Cutter That Doesn't Mess Around
on August 26, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to pizza cutters, the Ooni Professional Pizza Cutter Wheel isn’t just here to play—it’s here to dominate your pizza nights. With an impressive blade, this cutter glides through even the thickest crusts with ease, making it the unsung hero of your kitchen arsenal.
Cut through out fice pizzas last evening, no problem.
At just the right heft, this cutter feels solid in hand without being cumbersome. It’s heavy enough to exert the pressure you need but light enough to maneuver with precision. The balance is spot on, so you won’t find yourself wrestling with it while trying to get that perfect slice.
Much better than the rubbish old one we had to use until recently.
The stainless steel wheel is where the magic happens. Sharper than your average pizza cutter, it ensures clean, smooth cuts that leave your toppings right where they belong—on the pizza, not smeared across the table. And with its generous diameter, you’ll find yourself making fewer passes to get through even the most stubborn crusts.
It's like passing the turkey cutting knife around when we use this bad boy. Your honour ... I suggest.
This cutter’s performance is nothing short of stellar. It slices through pizzas like butter, whether it’s a thin Neapolitan or a deep-dish monster. The ergonomic handle adds to the comfort, making it a joy to use, even if you’re cutting through pizza for a crowd.
In short, the Ooni Professional Pizza Cutter Wheel doesn’t just cut pizza; it commands it. If you’re serious about your pizza, this cutter deserves a spot in your kitchen drawer.
