Not versatile enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We need a pizza oven brush that can be used during the entire cooking process. The semolina flour that is used to glide the pizza dough from the peel to the oven gets deposited in the oven where it burns. When we try to move that burnt flour off to the side with the brush, the brush starts to catch on fire,. . obviously, not good. The length and style of the brush is great, but we would like to see a brush that can be used when the oven is being used,,. ie when it is hot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice brush, but there isn’t anything special about it. I’m happy to have it but I feel like a regular grill brush would’ve done the same thing. Note for anyone purchasing, don’t try to use while oven is on, this brush will catch on fire.

We can't imagine using our Ooni Pizza Oven without this product, as it helps with clean up. It is designed specifically for use with pizza ovens and I can't imagine how I would clean our oven without it.

You need it to effectively clean your oven both before and after baking pizzas. Always brush off the flour that the peel leaves behind. This is important because the flour can ignite in the high temperatures inside the oven. By using the brush, you can sweep away the flour and avoid ending up with burnt bits on your pizza.
