A must have as it cleans the stone perfectly. I purchased with some degree of scepticism but after 1 or 2 goes I'm in the 'why did I not buy this earlier..!' camp.

Tolle Verarbeitung und super Ergebnisse beim Pizza backen! Das Turning Peel bei groeen Pizzen ist auch zu empfehlen. Ich werde den Ooni Koda 16 auf alle Felle wieder kaufen!

Saubere Pizzateile

Liegt gut in der Hand, nicht zu leicht. Man kann damit saubere Pizzateile schneiden. Egal ob Salami oder Schinken, es erfolgt ein exakter Schnitt.

Used whilst the oven was slightly hot from cooking, the top varnish melted straight off and the wooden handle is charred black badly.

Very solid tool

Perfect for scraping and dusting the stone/oven. Nice long handle. Bristles are firn enough to remove slightly stuck stuff and soft enough to not scratch the stone.

Good brush

This brush is similar to the wire brush that welders use, but not the same! Ooni seems to have tweaked the welder’s brush to work with the stones. It does a pretty decent job of getting all the loose or even vaguely loose stuff off of your stone, though I still like to give my stone a deep bake cleaning afterwards. I wouldn’t use a welder’s brush.
