Much to difficult to cook

Much to difficult to cook with. Pizzas are either undercooked or burnt. Very difficult to strike a balance. Flame adjustment needs to have a lower level capability.

not perfect for Karu 12 with fuel tray

The metal scraper portion of he brush hits the fuel tray so you can't brush the back part of the stone.
You can only brush the front 75-80 of the stone.

Good to scrape off residue on stone, if needed, between bakes and to clean stone after bake. Also can use to adjust wood from inside in case wood needs to be adjusted.

It has a good build, very sturdy. I should have followed the direction and scraped when the flame was off. With enough time anywhere near the flame it will catch fire -- which may give it character. Very good cleaner/scraper, highly recommend.
