Cleans the worse of whatever falls off the pizza and burns on the stone. Covers whatever you need to get the cleanup done, scraper to get the worst of it, and brush to get the final scraps.

great tool for scrapping ceramic pizza plate; front side is especially usefull when you burn spilled pizza :P

the Ooni cleans it self by its own heat. but sometimes it needs a little scrub to get some spoiled cheese out of it. very useful!
