The scraper is Great and the brush is well made. The issue though is that the brush is not effective since the bristles are far apart it does not clean ash off of the stones effectively.

Well made. Good concept but difficult to make equal slices. Probably just need more practice using it.
But the bigger issue is that pizzas larger than 10 inches make it difficult to make a full pass across the diameter. We have the pro and making 12+ pizzas. I'll stick to my traditional cutter.

The wire bristles work good at sweeping away both ash and more stubborn residue from the tiles. The only way to improve it would be to add some soft bristles for sweeping.
