I always make pizza, being doing for generation in Italy, until my kids gave me for my B-day last year your Ooni 1600. I ordered the converter kit, installed myself and so far so goid.
Little by little I am buying more accessories and I am ready to make the BEST pizza around.

Quality brush for scraping/cleaning stone

This brush is not great for the Kura 16 if you are using the gas hook up. the brush doesn't not go under the flames so you can't get all the crumbs out from underneath it. Not a fan of this brush

Strong material but I have not yet proven it's efficacy regarding the cleanup of the stone and oven. It looks great but still need to use it more.

Works well but tough to get into the back corners to clean the stone, scraper is in the way, wood tip is starting to get burnt.
