Solid product! Cuts without even lifting the cheese even when you first pull the pizza out of the oven. Rock it across one time and you cut through the pizza! It's a must to have with the Ooni 16inch pizza oven!

I like that it is straight and long enough to reach into oven. Dont fool yourself into thinking you can just use a regular wire brush, you wont have any eyebrows.
