Clean your oven

Wire brush works great for cleaning oven. Flat end is good for scraping of spills on the stone.

A must have! Before our pizza crust had a bitter taste due to the flour burning on the stone from previous launched pizzas. No more with the brush. Game changer.

I have used it six times since buying it in late November.
Air temps when using it have ranged from 20 degrees to -15 degrees Fahrenheit. Each time has been with wood fuel. It does work good, but is hard to manage heat with the cold temps. Am excited to use it in warmer temps. I have ordered a propane attachment with the expectations that gas will standardize temps and allow for more consistent cooks. Items cooked so far have been pizza and Chicken Tikka.
My family really liked the pizzas we produced so far and each time we seem to improve. My only regret is not getting the 16 oven.

The brush is an essential tool for the oven, recommend it to keep the inside of oven clean so your pizza doesn't pick up burnt flour.

Great little tool to get

Great little tool to get all the crusty bits off your stone. Bruch is a little softer than I thought it would be but you don't want to go to hard on the stone.
