LOVE our Ooni and all

LOVE our Ooni and all our products but disappointed that this is the only pizza cutter rocker blade on the market WITHOUT a protective plastic cover. Seems so crazy that it isn't provided because the Ooni brand is amazing. Both my husband and I have accidentally sliced ourselves just getting the blade out of the box!

Not sure of it's intended

Not sure of it's intended use. If you use it while the oven is hot, the wood blisters. There is no point using it once the oven is cold; I'd rather just pull out the stone and wash it in the sink.
