I really like this pizza

I really like this pizza Cutter. Had wanted one like this for a long time and it works as good as I was hoping it would. It cuts through the toppings instead of pushing them out of the way.

Truthfully, it's a brush, I bought it because I didn't want to use something that would damage the stone. It cleans and since Ooni sells it, I assume it is safe for the stone.

Very easy to handle and does the job. I wish it were just a little wider however, since it takes a while to cover the area. Also not able to use it when the oven is hot is disappointing.When hot, debris easily removed. What do you do if a little cheese gets on the stone when you are cooking? Can't use this so I only gave it a 3 star.

The length of the handle is perfect, and the build quality seems great. However, the brush head seems almost too big for the oven. Wasn't really an issue, but it felt like it left more soot on the pizza stone than I'd like. Perhaps with some use the bristles will soften and move more debris.

This tool is so much better than a rolling cutter. No more flying veggies and squished (but not cut!) mushroom slices. Just one rocking-motion and perfectly cut pizzas!
