Great product but lacks a blade guard (safety)

High quality blade, good weight and sharp, perfect for cutting crusty pizza as you might expect, would be a 5 star review but for the fact that it doesn't come with a blade guard! safety wise not great & kind of forces you to keep it in the cardboard box
Shame as this is a big oversight

Not great have to press very hard to get it to cut and it sometimes takes a few rocks to get it to cut the whole way through.

Best cooking accessory I've ever bought

I am so impressed with this long pizza cutter. It compliments the bamboo serving platter perfectly. Because the ooni cooks so quickly, this blade can keep up with demand easily. It can slice a pizza into perfect pieces, or small squares if you're serving children. in seconds. Very easy to use and I value it as a joint first place for Ooni accessories, the bamboo serving board included, should always be bought at a pair.

The but.
Why would I buy a rocker knife at the top end of the market, which is frighteningly sharp, to use in a public/party setting without it having a removable blade guard (LIKE ALL THE OTHERS ON THE MARKET)?
