This grenadine grill pan is a really fun piece to have in your cookware collection. It can be used indoor and outdoor, on your stove or on the grill/fire pit. The cast iron and the grill grates together achieve the preferred grill marks and perfectly brown/sear whatever you put in it. The double handles make it so easy to transfer from inside to outside and back again. The taller grill grates do make it a little more tedious to wash if hand washing but it's truly worth it!

Great grill pan

I love this grill pan and the fact that it is square shaped because it only takes up one burner, unlike other grill pans that are either too small to hold a whole flank steak, or takes up 2 burners on the stove. I also love how this is enameled cast iron so that it is super easy to take care of because it doesn't need the extra care that regular cast iron needs.

Absolutely impossible to clean. I've used cast-iron pans for years, but this thing welds every ounce of grease, sauce, whatever to the inside of the pan, and then can't be removed by any means I've tried.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans easily

After preparing rack of lamb, I expected a messy cleanup. To my surprise the grill cleaned very easily and I can’t wait to use it again for miso salmon.

Great large grill pan!

This is such a great big grill pan and I absolutely love using it. I don’t have an outdoor grill, but this Staub grill pan brings the outdoor grill inside. Whether it’s getting those amazing lines on a steak, to grilling pineapple to chicken and veggies, or even making paninis, the deep grills of the pan do a fantastic job of heating up and grilling your food thoroughly. Love using this piece in my kitchen and love the Grenadine color! Also love that since it’s enameled, I don’t have to season the pan after I use it.

We started years ago with the 10" grill pan and have been very happy with it. As our family grew we upgraded to the 13" grill pan. It accomodates more food and I like the double handles as it distributes the weight more evenly. The raised grill area is high enough that your food doesn't soak up the extra grease or oil.

I keep this grill pan on my stove for its beautiful appearance and utility. We like making pannini and grilled vegetables in this pan. Also perfect for burgers and grilled chicken. The deep ridges create a beautiful grill marks.
Its super easy to clean. I typically wipe it out with a damp paper towel.

This Staub 13" double handle grill pan provides steady, even heat distribution while cooking food. Great for a home cooking grilled steak and fish, love the salmon, great for burgers too. It is impressive how food is cooked to perfection, the most moist, tender and perfectly cooked food. Raised grill separates food from extra fat and prevent food from being soaked in extra oil and creates beautiful grill marks. A cast iron perfect for day-to-day use and be passed from generation to generation. Double handle makes it easier to maneuver. Requires no seasoning and dishwasher safe.
