I love to cook with this pan. The heating capability is phenomenal - so even. That's especially important if you have a lackluster cooking surface like I do. The obvious is stir fry but I like to deep fry chicken in it, the width and depth of pan are perfect for it.
Can be used on any cooking surface, including the BBQ, and withstand temperatures up to 500F.

If you can get a Staub imperfection piece...DO IT! Some tiny blemish...maybe. Solid as a rock, super-even heating and reasonably-priced. Lid included as well. Nice colour, too.

Not only wok...it doubles as a conical pan. The enameled exterior is one cool colour...have to be seen. Interior black enamel is somewhat nonstick and easy-to-clean.

It's like a wok and a conical saucepan! Heats quickly and stays that way.. I prefer to call the colour minty! And it cleans well inside and out.
