This beautiful shiny blue pan stir frys but also steams, deep frys and bakes. The black matte finish helps to create a perfect cooking surface searing anything beautifully. The pan and lid can with stand temperatures up to 500F and can be used on any cooking surface, even your BBQ.

The perfect pan is so perfect. Of course great for stir fry but we also use it to heat soup, steam, deep fry, and we even cook burgers in it. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly. The black matte finish creates beautiful searing in any dish. I love the rack included, perfect for Sunday morning donuts.

This is a beautiful Staub piece. It is large and can handle any kind of cooking you need. It supposedly had visual imperfections but I cannot find anything that would make me regret this purchase. I look forward to a lifetime of cooking with this Staub piece.
