A compact cast iron grill pan

This is such a great grill pan and I absolutely love using it. I don’t have an outdoor grill, but this Staub grill pan brings the outdoor grill inside. Whether it’s getting those amazing lines on a steak, to grilling pineapple to chicken and veggies, or even making paninis, the deep grills of the pan do a fantastic job of heating up and grilling your food thoroughly. Love using this piece in my kitchen and how compact this is thanks for the folding handle! Also love that since it’s enameled, so I don’t have to season it after I use it. It's convenient too that the pan has pouring spouts, easy way to pour out grease, sauce from the pan.

Imagine a cast iron grill pan that is so easy to handle!! I really like this feature.
Easy to remove and fold away for storage.
This cast iron grill has deep ridges for excellent grill marks and will capture the juices and fat! the pour spout is another highlight! Heating and temperature control you expect from a Staub cast iron! Excellent pan!!

Rounder the better!

I do love this 10" round grilling pan, it'll be perfect for a delicious waffle for everybody, round meaning there's more space. It's great for grilling steak and fish, for cooking waffles and variety food grilling.
Staub cast iron pan possesses natural heat retention and redistribution properties of cast iron. This is such a space saver for folding or collapsible handle is heat resistant silicone grip, comfortable and light. Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning and grilling.
Staub cast iron requires no seasoning, great for day to day use. This is a dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.

Indoor Grilling at its best

I love using a grill pan because it adds such amazing flavors to your food, whether you're grilling a burger or veggies. Staub is perfect because the inside is enamalled which aids in browning but also helps keep food from sticking. Since cast iron is naturally heavy, any weight reduction by making the handle metal and plastic is greatly appreciated. As an added bonus, less storage space is required because the handle folds flat, plus it stays cool.

I use it right on the grill!

This pan is so terrific to use right on your grill. Sometimes my grill grates get so messy and they are much harder to clean than a pan you can wash right in the sink. You get all the flavor and grill marks of putting your meat or vegetables directly on the grates. The matte black interior coating provides great browning, the pan heats up evenly and all washes up easily. I love that I don't have to skewer everything to get the kabob flavor...just toss marinated meats and vegetables right on here. The folding handle is handy for storage too.

Solution for limited space

This is a great little grill with a nifty collapsible handle. If it were larger, it would have had the full 5-stars. It is great for small space single living. Check out the larger sizes if you have the space.
But! as far as cooking on it goes, it is awesome! Heats evenly (its cast iron remember, give it a head start) and sears meats and vegetables beautifully! Clean up is easy. Just regular dish soap and scrubby sponge.

Great for small spaces

I love getting grill marks on my meat and vegetables, but I live a small apartment that doesn't have much storage, so I was so excited to find this grill that heats up well and retains heat. The handle folds in so that it is very easy to store because there isn't an extra piece sticking out of the side.

great design for small spaces

Storage space is an issue for me so I was drawn to this folding handle grill. The cooking surface is large. The enamel coating on the cast iron makes it easy to clean and maintain without the hassle of seasoning. The iron itself heats very evenly and retains heat so I get great browning and nice grill marks. The deep channels between the ridges keep my food from sitting in the fat and produce a well cooked item. The silicon handle stays cool and is comfortable to hold. When im done it just folds up and stores easily in my cabinet.
