It's like a wok and a conical saucepan! Heats quickly and stays that way.. I prefer to call the colour minty! And it cleans well inside and out.

I really enjoy using this wok style pan. the sloped sides allow food to move easily. It is great for frying food with the resting or draining rack that sits on the side. If you are frying the rack rests on the edge, the lid will not sit and seal completely. If you are steaming, then remove the rack so that the lid fits snugly.

Truly the perfect pan

It's all in the name! This pan lends it's use for all of your cooking from sauteing, steaming, stirring, and braising. It's perfect for burger night and taco night! The meat tastes so exceptional when browned in the perfect pan. It is also handy for veggies, rice, stir fry and soups and sauces. The only question is what color do you want?
