Now this is a gift set that would make an impression!! If you want to set up your kitchen with all the essentials for excellence in cooking...this is all you need. The innovative black matte interior will heat evenly and quickly. no need to season!! The Dimples under the lids of the cocottes ensure continuous moisture flow. The ceramic casserole is perfect for prep ahead meals. Transitions from freezer to oven to table beautifully! Quality and cratfsmanship that you would expect from Staub! Amazing set!

A complete set! All the Staub cast iron pieces you would wish for. The enameled interior performs beautifully. The basting spikes inside the lids, keep food moist, tender and full of flavor. Plus a ceramic baking dish and utensil holder with a few starter utensils included. It's an amazing set at a good price. An investment that you will pass down to your children.

If you are a fan of cooking on enameled cast iron this is the set for you! Includes everything you will need to be successful with all of your recipes. Staub cast iron is the best on the market with 3 layers of enamel on the inside that produces a perfect brown or sear. The cast iron lids have continuous basting beads for a perfect rich braise, roast or stew. Easy to clean and beautiful to look at this set will meet all of your expectations.

I love this 12-pc set the color is beautiful and looks great in my kitchen. The pans are great for browning, searing and sautéing, the glass cover is perfect to monitor cooking. the pots can go from stove top to oven to table, easy to clean

The mentioned Staub cast iron includes a 5.5-qt. round cocotte, a 7-qt. round cocotte, a 3.5-qt. braiser with tempered glass lid, and a 10" frying pan. The cast iron is safe up to 900F which is great for when you want to start something off on the stove and finish in the oven and enjoy the full benefit of cast iron features. Cocotte is unsurpassed for slow-cooking meats and vegetables to tender perfection, and for simmering hearty stews and soups.
Cast iron is great for searing steaks, roasting meats, and even braising. The innovative lid features tiny spikes on the interior that continually release condensed liquid back onto the food, yielding moist, flavorful results. Staub's special matte black enamel interior and self-basting spiked lid guarantee perfect browning and braising for flavor-enhanced food.
