Truly is a perfect pan!

Make this pan be the center of your table. It is great for stews and curries. Ideal for family dining. Or keep it on the stove to deep fry - excellent for making donuts, tempura or the best fried fish dinner! It comes with a rack to drain excess oil. Holds the temperature well so you don’t get oily food. Easy to work with, and very easy to clean.

A WOK THAT WORKS! LOVE THE GREEN!

This Staub 4.5qt. wok are perfect size. It is deep enough for deep frying, stir frying pan, and even perfect for fried rice. It is so versatile cookware. Perfect on every kitchen designs and perfect to add in your collections. I love the fact that it has flatter bottom for maximize heat contact for all stove top surfaces.

I cant find any imperfections!

So, FYI, I ordered this with visual imperfections because thats all they had in the Grenadine ( my fav color) it was a good deal and I was prepared.. NOT a Single problem, Guess I can't go into quality control because this looks like a first quality pan in any and every way. maybe I was lucky but I've read elsewhere that Zwilling quality standards are so high that other people have seen the same lucky result!

Think Outside the Wok

Perfect multi purpose pan, not just a wok. Great for frying, sauteing, and steaming with the glass lid, while keeping an eye on contents.

When I saw that Staub had a perfect pan, I had to buy it. This pan is great for a one meal dish and really like that it's oven safe.

The cast iron helps keeps the temp on this pan very consistent, which you need for deep frying, the resting rack is helpful so that the liquid or oil drains back to the pan, leaving things nice and crisp. I also love it for stir fry but I use it more for deep frying.
