Super durable nonstick cookware

This is a really nice, complete set of cookware. The nonstick surface is super scratch resistant, I use metal cooking tools and have yet to scratch it. The food releases from the pan very easily and everything cooks evenly. The Thermo Point on the fry pan handle takes all the guess work out of knowing when the pan is at its optimal temperature to start cooking, it turns red when it's ready to put food in and back to green when it's cooled down enough to safely wash. The only limitation of this line is that it is only oven safe up to 300 F, but if you usually only use them on my cook top and not in the oven, it's not really an issue. A great value for all you get!

This is a really nice set. Love having all my pots match. the glass lids are nice to have to see inside. The texture helps food brown on the bottom better and its really easy to clean.

This Ballarini Asti is an eye-catching cookware piece with the beauty of granitium a stone cookware look, which is non-stick, a cold forged-aluminum body ensures efficient heating spread uniformly across the entire pan's surface. This is an excellent Zwilling product made in Italy, truly innovative! This Ballarini Asti may look similar to the Ballarini Parma, but there are some key differences however both have an ergonomic plastic handle. This is a perfect complete set of pots and pans for all your daily cooking needs. An unbeatable deal, a reasonably priced for a well-made product!!
The set includes 2 frying pans, also comes with 11" stir-fry pan/wok with a lid/cover and that stir-fry cover might fit the large fry pan. The frying pan is great for frying eggs, pancakes, omelettes, scrambled eggs, tofu, frittatas, and sauteing pan is excellent for sautéing mixed vegetables and meat, also great browning meat. The dutch oven is perfect for cooking pasta and grains, braising meat, making broth, sauces, and soups, and also functions as an excellent deep-frying pan, work the same for saute pan. This also has a small saucepan for single-servings, can be used for heating food, and is also great for cooking portions. Don't forget, the lid is exceptionally durable, which helps to prevent breakage, chipping, and scratches.
Also important to note is that these pots are oven safe up to 300F.
Granitium is a revolutionary formula inspired by the ancient technique of cooking on stone. This non-stick cookware looks like a stone, however, it is not. It has 3 extra-durable layers of PFOA-free Granitium non-stick, reinforced with ceramic particle coating that offers effortless release in cooking and quick cleanup. Amazing nonstick

I've tried a lot of nonstick pots and pans and this is by far the best I've ever used. I've had them for awhile and they are still nonstick. They wash up really easily. And I think they look cool too.
