Great pans but 2 arrived warped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had 2 of the pans for a few years and LOVE them! They have held up great and still have the amazing non-stick without the harmful chemicals of other pans. We finally decided to splurge on the full set. The lids are full glass with a plastic handle… no metal rim. They arrived with two pans noticeably warped. Hopefully customer service will take care of us without too much trouble. It doesn’t deter us from keeping them and hopefully enjoying them for years to come!
