Best Combo

This is a little bit of the best of Staub. I bought this for a wedding gift for our older son. He and his new wife are just learning to cook and this was the perfect intro to Staub. They live in a small apartment so everything they have in the kitchen must have at least double duty.
Needless to say the cocotte can do it all on the stove top or in the oven, or even on their BBQ outside.

Start with the two Best Bets

The 5.5 qt French cocotte and 10-inch skillet are the two most used cookware in most kitchens. The is great place too start building a collection! Both are carefully made in France and are enamel coated for easy maintenance and beauty. Both are designed to sere in them at the table, family style.
The great thing about cooking in this cast iron is the ability of these pieces to manage heat. Low slow simmering, super high-heat searing - and everything in between. First thing I did with my Staub: a delicious pot roast with crispy potatoes in this set. It's time to jump in!

The best set from the best cast iron in a bright, cherry color is sure to be a fantastic addition to any kitchen. The two sizes are ideal to have and the signature Staub cast iron will impress any chef, at home or in a restaurant.

is Staub 3 piece set includes a 5.5qt Cocotte and a 10" frypan, so I can cook a soup and a grilled sandwich and have lunch or dinner combo made in a short time. Always even heat and oven safe at high temperature. Always cleans easily and food taste wonderful.
