Easy Grilling w/ Staub Black matte enamel inside!!

It's a really great grill pan, impressive even heat distribution and heat retention. Perfect for a home cooking grilled steak and fish, great to grill salmon, It'll be the most moist, tender and perfectly cooked food cooking in any Staub cast iron pot. Added side vegetables and herbs while grilling makes a perfect dish!!!
A cast iron perfect for day-to-day use and be passed from generation to generation. Double handle makes it easier to maneuver. Requires no seasoning. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F. Chip resistant and dishwasher safe. Made in France.and dishwasher safe.

A nicely sized enamelled cast iron grill pan. This updated model no longer has the pour spouts on the sides making it easier to store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using our 12” cast iron grill pan on our portable induction burner for outdoor Korean bbq. It’s been incredible. Seers and cooks meet to perfect tenderness and great flavor.
Clean up is a breeze. Can’t wait to try the grill press we purchased with it.

Become the grill master you've always wanted to be with this awesome and sleek graphite grey grill pan. This versatile piece can go indoors and out on the real grill too! It is heavy and more tedious to clean but it's totally worth it to achieve those desired grill marks and essential texture.

Good for cooking burgers, vegetable and boneless chicken breasts on. The fat rests on the bottom, so food doesn't stay greasy. Great quality made by Staub in France.

Staub grill pans have excellent heat distribution. The grill produces perfect grill marks but also since the grooves are deep you get the added bonus of indirect heat to your meal, nothing dries out. Our new favorite thing to grill is peaches and nectarines!

quality iron grill

I am very happy with this grill. The enamel coating means no seasoning and a much easier cleaning process than traditional cast iron grills. The iron heats very evenly and holds the temperature ensuring even cooking and great markings. The deep channels between the ridges allow fat to flow away from my food and not sit in it.
