Beautiful 3 piece set with the most often used cast iron cookware items. Staub’s black enameled surface is optimal for braising and browning. Lid with continuous self-basting spikes makes for tender, moist and flavorful dishes. Exceptional inside and out, it makes for a perfect oven to table presentation.

Great value for this set of frequently used5.5 qt cocotte and fry pan. If you purchased separately you would be spending quite a bit more. These are two of my favorite staub pieces and are used mulitiple times a week. Great value for a much loved set

This is a fantastic set of Staub. A great starter set if you want to build your cast iron collection, or if you want the quintessential pieces in your kitchen. The black enamel does a great job of searing, releasing food well, and the dutch oven is great for soups, breads, roasts. The Basil is such a great color too, very earthy and goes great with any kitchen aesthetic. Get this set, you won’t regret it!

This beautiful basil 3pc set is just what one needs in the kitchen. The 5.5qt and 10" are the perfect sizes to use whether you are starting out cooking with cast iron or you're an experienced user. The color is gorgeous and is sure to look great in any kitchen while the innovative cast iron and self-basting lid (on the cocotte) takes care of cooking business.

Because of the white set I have, my brother purchased the matte black set. They love to camp. They head out almost every weekend in the summer. They have certainly gotten their use out of these. They appear to be traditional black cast iron but actually have a food safe black enamel interior and exterior so they self-season well and wash up great with soap and water. Outstanding price, compared to being purchased individually.

This Staub 3 piece set includes a 5.5qt Cocotte and a 10" frypan, so I can cook a soup and a grilled sandwich and have lunch or dinner combo made in a short time. Always even heat and oven safe at high temperature. Always cleans easily and food taste wonderful.

This is the best of both worlds for a Staub cast iron. You can be a creative cook because you can cook everything you can think of with either the frying pan or the dutch oven/cocotte. For this combo deal, this is a perfect partner together and a great deal, priced well for a well-made product to last a lifetime. Skillet/Fry pan is excellent browning meat, searing, frying, and saute on this skillet and ontinuously cook your dish in there or move to your dutch oven/cocotte to continuously cook for braising and roasting. It is a great way to slow cook in a cast-iron cocotte typically tough cuts of meat. It is an excellent deep fryer, cooking sauces and soup even works for baking bread. This moist-heat method a cast-iron offers either a pot or pans, resulting in a tender roast and thickened braising liquid. The Staub's special matte black enamel interior guarantees perfect browning and braising for flavor-enhanced food, and self-basting spikes on the lid create a rain-forest effect evenly returning juices back onto food. The Make everything from frying eggs and pancakes to lasagna in your versatile, heat-retaining cast-iron skillet. Staub cast iron is oven safe up to 900F/482C without lid, lids are oven safe up to 500F/260C. The smooth enamel bottom works on all stovetops, including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen. I recommend handwashing your cast iron for better care. Manufactured in France.
