Like this for browning and braising. The enamel on the outside does not chip and is dishwasher safe. Like that it can be used in the oven up to 500 degrees.

Not only does this pan produce beautiful grill marks, it cooks anything perfectly. The groves are deep so an added benefit of indirect heat is used so nothing drys out while cooking. We use this grill on the BBQ for fish and it works wonderfully.

A fantastic grill pan

This is such a great grill pan and I absolutely love using it. I don’t have an outdoor grill, but this Staub grill pan brings the outdoor grill inside. Whether it’s getting those amazing lines on a steak, to grilling pineapple to chicken and veggies, or even making paninis, the deep grills of the pan do a fantastic job of heating up and grilling your food thoroughly. Love using this piece in my kitchen and love the Graphite color! Also love that since it’s enameled, I don’t have to season it after I use it.

We love this 10" square grill pan. It is wonderful to use indoors for steaks, chicken, wings, etc. It heats up quick, and cooks evenly. I have been very impressed with the performance and love the color!
