I replaced the filters, the left side was hard to remove it and hard to put it in. The red light continues telling me I need to replace the filters. I am also having sometimes hard time getting it on. It has become temperamental. Sometimes it does, other times I have to press the on button several times before it turns on.
these are the only filters I will use! I have tried cheaper, generic filter replacements and it was disastrously stinky so you really just need to buy the brand versions if you want true quality
After I replaced two original filters with the purchased filters my Vitamix machine keeps showing the red signal "change the filters". I do not understand why? In addition the quality of processed food is wet and stuck to the container. Please help me to correct this situation.
